In a CranioSacral Biodynamic session I listen with my hands to the Powerful and Intelligent Life Force inside of you.

I then become a conduit for your Life Force as it brings about the resolution of energetic forces that have entered your system.

Each session focuses on treating your whole being - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

CranioSacral Biodynamics is completed with you laying on a massage table, while remaining fully clothed.

The session is characterized by a light-touch and holds on specific body parts.

NOTE: The process of resolution may become uncomfortable as the energetic forces/holding patterns release from your system.
